myLMM Mobile App
We are proud to be launching the myLMM app on iOS and Android mobile devices.
With the myLMM mobile app, strata residents can engage with their community and communicate quickly and efficiently with the Committee, Strata Manager and Facilities Building Manager (if there is one).
Owners, Property Managers and their Tenants can use self-service features to raise maintenance requests, submit application forms, book building amenities and access useful information in a way that is both convenient and free of charge.
In addition, Owners can access their lot and levy information, read meeting notices and minutes and interact in discussion threads. Committee members can also interact in approval and voting workflows.
myLMM is provided free-of-charge to clients of LMM Solutions. Download now and stay informed 24/7.
You'll soon see signs around your building (like the one above) promoting the app and providing QRCodes for you to use to easily find and download the app.
If you have an iPhone, simply use your phone's camera on the left QR Code download the app from the Apple App Store.
If you have an Android phone, simply use your phone's camera on the right QR code to download the app from the Google Play Store.
Once you have downloaded the app, register for a free account and ensure you note your unit number so we can verify things on our end.
When asked for a site code, simply enter the number written on the poster at your development (hint: this is your Units Plan or Community Title Number for the building).
Once we've verified everything, you'll be up and running and can use the app whenever you like.
