Our Strata Managers have a wealth of experience from successfully managing strata developments in Canberra.  They have a deep knowledge of the Unit Titles Management Act necessary to ensure you stay compliant with legislation and they have qualifications in the field.  They know what works, what doesn't and what to do about it.  Typical challenges with shared parking, boundaries, security, maintenance, pets and nuisances are tackled through an informed approach.  As a trusted advisor, they provide your executive committee with background information, best practices and sound advice to ensure your development is run smoothly, efficiently and fairly for all owners.

Our competitive fee structure includes many core services that other managing agents will charge you extra for (such as IT, after-hours or 24x7 support, additional or on-site meetings and bank fees).  In addition we do not charge to provide you with own your agendas and minutes, financials and other documents relating to your development.  These are provided to all owners through our 24x7 Owner's portal at no charge to you.  We always provide you 3 quotes for insurance and look for ways to save you money through our insurance brokering partner.  Unlike other managing agents who try to lock you in to 3 year contracts with binding terms, we are so confident you will want to stay with us that we offer 12-month contracts to give you peace of mind.

Lauren has worked in strata in the ACT for more than a decade - with over 6 years as Director and founder of LMM Solutions.   She saw a need in the industry for a different way of doing business and from the outset, considered exceptional customer experience as a key differentiator for LMM – demonstrating to Owners Corporations what good strata management really is. 


Lauren has established a healthy, friendly work environment for staff and has propagated that same LMM drive, enthusiasm and focus on customer experience across all areas of the business. 


As the Director, she provides guidance and ensures her team are supported and valued, and encourages them to be proactive, positive and helpful to owners.  Whilst LMM has continued to grow year after year, Lauren also considers new business very carefully and ensures LMM do not put profits before our ability to maintain excellent customer service.

Jane has been a part of the Strata sphere for over a decade and her extensive knowledge of the Strata industry enables her to achieve excellent results and do her best each day.


She always acts with integrity and has every owner’s best interest in mind when helping our clients.  As one of our Owners and the Chief Operations Officer, she is an integral member of LMM Solutions. 


Jane is friendly, proactive and reliable while providing support to the LMM team, managing a portfolio and undertaking a number of duties for the company.  Outside of business hours, Jane is running after her children, gardening and getting away to the coast.

Michael has a broad range of experience gained over a number of years in the real estate industry.  His pleasant personality and client skills together with his overall real estate knowledge makes him an ideal advocate for your development.  Michael is passionate about the Strata industry and takes pride in achieving positive outcomes that will benefit all owners.


He is hands-on and enjoys building lasting relationships with his clients.  Michael is committed to assisting owners and understands that we are managing one of your most valuable assets.  


As our Business Development Manager he ensures that LMM Solutions is a good fit for all our clients by understanding your unique requirements.  This will enable us to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

Martyn is proud to be a founding member of LMM Solutions. 

He is our Chief Information Officer and oversees our IT systems: StrataMax, Owner's portal, business intelligence, online presence and cyber security. 

Martyn also has broad experience in Software Engineering and Project Management having worked for 25 years in professional services, defence and government sectors. 

Martyn is also our ISO 9001 Quality Manager and is responsible for overall company direction and strategy.

Amy has been part of the LMM family since 2019 and is where she started her Strata career.


Starting as an associate, Amy promptly rose through the business and now operates as a Strata Manager and the Engagement Manager, providing support to both developments and the team. 


With experience in financial services, residential surveying, customer service and management, Amy has a broad range of knowledge she can call on to ensure your needs are met. 


Amy is a friendly and organised member of our team who is enthusiastic in supporting the company to continue providing quality customer service we believe every client deserves.   



Senior Strata Manager

Georgina has been in the Strata industry since 2015 - initially working diligently behind the scenes in Accounts then as a Strata Associate, moving into a Strata Manager role in 2020. 
Georgina brings a positive can-do attitude to her role - she has drive and determination, is well-organised and is always willing to assist the team to achieve the best outcome for our Owners. 
This, combined with a great knowledge of the industry and Legislation, Georgina definitely has the ability to service LMM Solutions clients … to provide the experience they deserve.



Strata Manager

Rachel's bright, bubbly and can-do attitude make her a great addition to our team.  She is dedicated and treats every aspect of her role with the highest importance. 

Rachel has worked in a variety of fields -- dental, customer service and property management.

She enjoys meeting new people and building long-term relationships with her peers and clients alike. 

Rachel strives to make people feel valued and important.  She strongly believes every problem has a solution.



Accounts Manager

Grace is a key member of our team and is a strong administrator.  She looks after our owner's records, levies and arrears, contractor jobs, invoicing, and publishing updates to the Owner's Portal.

Grace is very efficient and has learnt best practices from Lauren.  She is able to handle requests for information and liaise with owners to keep them informed.

She looks after the StrataMax system and ensures details are entered correctly for all developments.

Grace is also a very talented photographer and is responsible for many of the photos on this site.



Compliance Manager | Strata Manager

Diane is a valued member of our team who cannot be underestimated.  You will find Diane is always professional and will provide assistance beyond what may be requested or required.

She has impeccable attention to detail and a passion for providing service with a smile to all our clients.  

Diane has extensive real estate experience, a wide-ranging customer service across a number of fields both private and public, and she always aims to assist and resolve matters. 

When Diane isn’t in the office, she operates an award winning alpaca stud farm located in the Yass Valley.

Strata Manager

We’re pleased to have Abbie as a part of the LMM Solutions team. 


She joined as a Strata Associate but quickly learnt the ropes and now has her her own Strata Management portfolio of clients to service directly. 

With a supportive team, Abbie loves learning all the intricacies of the legislation and is motivated to service our owners and provide prompt solutions to their concerns. 

Abbie has a bubbly and friendly personality and you will find that she is driven and motivated to develop her Real Estate experience. 


Outside of her work life Abbie enjoys living an active lifestyle and is currently completing a Personal Training Certificate.

Strata Manager

Michael joined LMM Solutions as a Strata Associate and rapidly gained the skills to become a Strata Manager.  He now has his own portfolio of developments.  Although new to the industry he has immersed himself in learning all he can from our Managers and by working with our Owners Corporations.

Michael has a calm nature and before joining LMM worked with children which has afforded him diligence, efficiency and persistence - which we know will serve him, and in turn, serve our clients well. 

Out of the office, Michael is a keen sportsman, following various types of ballgames and enjoys playing soccer casually on the weekend.

With over 15 years of customer service, Rebecca is an asset to LMM Solutions providing a friendly and helpful service as soon as you contact our office! 

Rebecca has a very positive, can-do attitude and will do her best to make you feel welcome and at ease.  She always does her best to address any concerns you may have and provide a solution to your problems.

Having moved to Australia 8 years ago from America, Rebecca is loving the Aussie way of life.  She enjoys the great outdoors when it is warm enough, relaxing with Disney and spending time with her son who is always on the go!

IT Support Administrator

LMM Solutions is pleased to have Harrison join our team to assist with IT support and administration.


Harrison looks after StrataMax, the Owners Portal and the myLMM mobile application and provides day-to-day support to Owners and Executive Committees using these systems.

He has been working with computers all his life and is rapidly learning the ropes by shadowing Martyn and completing a wide variety of courses.

Harrison is very process-oriented and takes care to ensure the roll information is accurately recorded in our systems.

At home, Harrison is an avid gamer and enjoys being the DND dungeon master for his group of friends.  He also enjoys walking and movies.

Accounts Assistant

Gigi joining LMM Solutions in March 2023 and provides invaluable assistance to Grace, our Accounts Manager.

Gigi’s bright and diligent manner enables her to confidently address invoices, manage Owners’ records and address levy arrears.  


With 10+ years of administration and customer service experience, Gigi is always friendly and ready to help the LMM team and clients. 


Personally, Gigi enjoys Star Wars, Doctor Who and Super Mario while her three children keep her on her toes!

Matt has recently joined LMM as a Strata Associate, bringing over a decade of customer service experience to his new role.

After working in management roles within several different high-pressure industries over the course of his career, he is confident in his ability to provide an organised and client focused service.

Driven by his passion to take on new challenges, Matt is excited to further develop his knowledge as he continues his journey through the Strata industry.

When not in the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his 2 young children or playing Ice Hockey.

Every six months, our clients are surveyed through StrataMax to measure customer satisfaction and identify anything we can do to improve.

The survey asks one question - How likely is that you would recommend LMM Solutions to a friend or colleague?

Answers between 9-10 are classed as Promoters, between 7-8 are passives and 0-6 are detractors.  The Net Promoter Score is the percentage of Promoters minus the percentage of Detractors.  Read More here.
